Reddy Vivaha Bandham (the “App”) is published and operated by Sperry Technologies. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By creating an account and using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run a matchmaking service:

• Account & login — your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP), used to sign in.
• Member profile — name, date of birth, gender, religion/caste/gotra, height, education, occupation, annual income, photographs, and horoscope details that you choose to provide.
• Contact & location — phone number and address/location for matchmaking and communication.
• Partner preferences — the criteria you set for prospective matches.
• Profile identifiers — the member/profile ID assigned to your account.
• Device messaging token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used solely to deliver push notifications (e.g. new interests, messages, and call alerts).

We do not use third-party advertising networks and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the App.

3. How we use your information

• To create and display your profile to other members for matchmaking.
• To enable search, interests, in-app chat, and voice/video calls between members.
• To send service notifications you have enabled.
• To provide customer support and keep the service secure and functioning.

4. Sharing of information

Profile details you publish are visible to other registered members for the purpose of matchmaking. We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (e.g. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery) only to the extent required to operate the App.

5. Data transmission and storage

Your information is transmitted to and stored on our backend servers operated on behalf of Sperry Technologies. We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request correction or deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing sperrytech2011@gmail.com from your registered contact. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

7. Children

The App is a matrimony service intended for adults of legal marriageable age. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Permissions

The App may request Camera and Microphone permission for voice/video calls, Notification permission for alerts, and Storage permission (on older Android versions) to save shared files. These are used only for the stated in-app features.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
